Saturday is Game Day

There are seven NFL games left this season and I will be savoring them all.

As I wrote a few weeks ago, I do not ever remember a season like this.

Eight teams remain, and I can legitimately see six of them winning the Super Bowl.

(Not San Francisco or Houston.)

English muffin and halibut spread for breakfast.

This is a good snack, but a little too sweet for me to love it.

I bet it would be great with my bacon-onion jam.

But I ain't in the mood to fix that today.

I smoked a King Salmon filet and used the last of the Bob's Big Boy tartar sauce I picked up in SoCal in September.

Since I had English muffins, making pizzas for lunch was an easy call.

I have been making these for almost 40 years.

(Though not this good.)

Beck & Bulow Wagyu filet.

Rob sent me this and I considered making Korean BBQ tacos. I briefly planned to go to TJ's and get some of their Bool Kogi.

But I don't like going to TJ's on ANY Saturday, let alone one that was all about relaxing and football.

Asian tacos sounded good, though, so I pivoted.

Close enough.

Okay, they may have started out Asian, but they did not really end up that way.

Whatever, still delicious.

Denver won in OT. (Buffalo committed FIVE turnovers!!!)

Seattle annihilated San Francisco.
