Sometimes - as with the Bull's Eye BBQ burger the other day - I get a craving for a burger that reminds me of the Hutch's BBQ burgers I grew up eating: mayo, lettuce, BBQ sauce, and chili sauce.
E. Waldo Ward, of course, makes my favorite.
With homemade fries - I parboiled them, then air-fried them for 25 minutes.
This was so good.
