On Texas Toast, of course. I like extra-thick bread with the wagyu beef.
Oregon-Texas Tech in the Orange Bowl. 6-0 at halftime. Kind of boring.

Cheese, crackers, salami, bresaola, mustard, and the Rose Bowl.
This game isn't great, either.
I wonder if there is any chance Sugar Ray will play "Fly" at halftime.
I guess not.
My first attempt.
It was very good.
But not great.
So I decided to make another one, with more cheese and no salami.
THIS one was great.
I drizzled some balsamic on a few of the slices and put on the Sugar Bowl pregame, hoping maybe I would get to watch at least one competitive bowl game on New Year's Day.
Yes, that game was awesome.
