A Korean Food Extravaganza in Celebration of Amy's 50th Birthday

 

Okay, I will be the first to admit: Four items is a pathetic "extravaganza" - especially when one of the items, the gyoza, is Japanese that just happens to feature kimchi. 

But I had to do something to celebrate.
