I do not believe I have ever been to a TJ's wine shop. I don't know when I would have - the only place I remember seeing one was New York City, and I didn't go in.
But I decided to duck into this one in Colorado Springs, because TJ's has a new Diamond Reserve this holiday season and it has not yet hit Santa Fe.
Not only did they have the new Diamond Reserve, but they had two Platinum Reserves that I had not yet seen - a blend from Paso Robles and a Meritage from Napa.
Three bottles for $57. Not what I would call "cheap" but likely a good value; Trader Joe's Diamond Reserve wines are sometimes worth that much by themselves.
