Funtable Sweet & Sour Chicken Sauce

Disappointing. It's all sweet. No sour. 

My idea to create a wasabi-blue cheese was inspired, though. (All I did was combine wasabi powder and Bob's Bg Boy Blue Cheese dressing.)
