You may have noticed - or maybe not - that I pretty much never go to barbecue restaurants any more.
I still love barbecue, of course, but since purchasing a smoker in the summer of 2022, whenever I want it, I make my own.
However, I had looked at Sugarfire's website and saw they sold a coffee barbecue sauce, and wanted to acquire one to put in my mom's Christmas stocking, so I went by.
And I was hungry.
And had a hangover.
So I ordered lunch, too: a smoked turkey sandwich with potato salad.
I also ordered some smoked balsamic onions, thinking they would be on the side, but the lady put them on my sandwich.
And it was fucking delicious that way. I'm going to make my own one of these days.
