Atomic Cowboy is home to both Denver Biscuit Company and Fat Sully's Pizza.
I had a bit of a hangover - those goat cheese balls were not enough to soak up the 9 beers - and would have loved a slice of pizza, but this was 9:30 AM and pizza isn't served until 11.
So I got a Nashville Hot Chicken biscuit and order of hash browns. They were both fantastic; the latter being perhaps the best I have ever had, so good they did not require any condiments.
