The bartender at Victoria Tavern recommended this place - specifically that I try the Jackson Brown [sic] roll.
Never one to need much convincing to try a new sushi place - especially when not-sober... and I was very much not-sober by this point in the day - I thought that sounded like a great idea.
They had Great Divide's Samurai Ale on tap, so of course I got one, as well as the ahi tataki. Both were great.
And the Jackson Brown roll was REALLY great
My next time in Salida, I will have lunch at this place instead of dinner.
