Okay, so I had a hangover after spending several hours on a Sunday afternoon and evening at the Pony. I had to get something good for breakfast or lunch as I shifted to the next phase of this trip - driving out on the Plains for a few hours.
I was torn between two fried chicken biscuits: the K-Mack (Korean fried chicken) and the Winona (Nashville hot chicken with house-made pimento cheese).
I selected the K-Mack.
It was good.
Not great.
As with many foods calling themselves Korean, it was much too heavy on the sesame flavor.
I would absolutely return but absolutely get something else.
