I cooked a Japanese lunch to teach one of the cooks how to use chopsticks.
There was miso soup, chicken karaage, vegetable bird's nests, and those shrimp dumplings of many colors. All from Trader Joe's.
I also opened a rice kolsch.
Everyone loved the food, but Armando gave up on chopsticks after only two minutes and went and got himself a fork out of the kitchen. Oh well.
