Don't get me wrong - it's good.
But....
I am not sure it's necessary.
The thing I love about honey mustard - and I fucking LOVE honey mustard - is the creaminess and sweetness. I have never once eaten a honey mustard and thought: Gosh, I wish this were spicier.
