The first season of Yellowstone was absurd, silly, almost cartoonish.... but enjoyable in a cheap-thrills kind of way.
The second season was outstanding, eschewing the silliness of the first for some quality entertainment.
Every season since has gotten progressively worse.
The most recent season - I don't even remember when it was; maybe two years ago? - was staggeringly boring.
I think.
I don't actually remember a single thing that occurred.
But, the die was cast after the first couple of seasons and the show became a hit, and the cowboy culture of the show has been borrowed to sell a shitload of merchandise. Clothing, adventure trips, coffee, and, of course, all manner of food.
So I was suspicious when I saw this BBQ sauce. I actually rolled my eyes.
But, of course, I eventually bought it.
Turns out, it's really good.
I doubt I'll ever buy it again, but I'm glad I tried it.
