I love chives and I love Irish cheddar, so I was hoping this cheese would be saturated with chives, like their cheddar with caramelized onion.
Instead, it's merely coated on the outside with chives. There is not much chive flavor unless you are eating a piece with a significant amount of edge.
That being said, it's still good.
