Bitch.
USA donuts at Krispy Kreme.
Fried chicken sandwich at Popeyes.
Grilled chicken tacos at Del Taco (for later).
I was going to get growlers of the two Mexican lagers at Gravity Bound Brewing, but the bartender was more interested in talking on the phone than serving me. So I left.
I met two friends at Bow & Arrow, where the bartender exchanged his beer for our money. The bartender at Gravity Bound should take lessons.
The only bad part is that Bow & Arrow doesn't serve food; as with many breweries, they have daily food trucks. But this day's was running late, and we were getting hungry. So I suggested we all go to Sawmill Market.
Marissa had poke that she said was great.
I had fried shrimp that were good, but not any better than I could fix myself at home.
But, I mean... how can you complain about live music and cold beer in a courtyard on a summer afternoon?
See what I mean?
As usual, I eschewed the interstate and took the back way home.
Albuquerque is an awful city, but this was a great day.
