Special Grade Garlic Sauce is inspired by "Black Garlic Sauce" that McDonald's sells in Japan.
This was delicious. I ate it more than one month ago but never wrote about it; I spent a lot of posts writing about my late-June Colorado getaway, not to mention my birthday, Bright Exai's birthday, my cousin Jonas visiting, and a whole lot of new Trader Joe's products.
I am several weeks behind - and this was a limited time offer and has been gone for several weeks.
I don't understand why more fast food chains don't make a strong effort to offer unique sauces, like Popeyes or Church's.
Almost everyone offers the same variation of BBQ/ranch/honey mustard.
Of course, there aren't that many people who love condiments the way I do.
