I had never heard of this, but it was on sale at Target and I love Burrata and Margherita pizza, so of course I decided to give it a try.
It looked... weird.
I have never seen frozen burrata before. I'm not sure why I am surprised that it looks weird.
It is also the thinnest frozen pizza I have ever seen.
Did I need to cook it in the pizza oven?
Of course not. But what's the point of owning something like this if not to use it unnecessarily at times?
I mean, it looks good... for frozen pizza.
It was merely okay.
It looks pretty, no doubt.
But it looks better than it tastes.
The thin crust just wasn't very good. With a regular, thicker crust, it would have been much better.
