I was in Golden 14 months ago to visit the Spyderco factory store, and I have certainly driven through the town a few times over the years, but I haven't really spent time in Golden since the end of last century.
It was an enjoyable place to spend a couple of hours, ducking into shops that looked good, illegally consuming alcohol in the park, and killing time before the main reason we were in Golden.
I imagine you can guess what that is...
