When I bought these at Dave's Gourmet Korean Food in Pasadena in September, the woman at the stand told me that I should combine them.
I never need much convincing to do something like that, so the next time I made Trader Joe's Tempura Shrimp, I gave it a try.
She was right.
It's fantastic.
If they sold this sauce, it would be known worldwide, just like other SoCal legends Tapatio and Huy Fong Sriracha.
