For the third Pasadena trip in a row, I made Yang Chow my first meal, and that is not a coincidence. While I would never claim it is the best Chinese restaurant in the SGV, it is the one I love most. I have been eating there since high school.
I ordered the Spicy Szechuan Wonton Soup and the Slippery Shrimp, two of my ten favorite things to eat in this world.
They were both fantastic.
I also ordered the crispy beef, as I was really hungry, and knew that Murph would not have leftovers in his fridge.
It was good - maybe even very good - but not great like the other two.
