I stopped here on my way out of town.
I can't believe I have never been here before.
It is fantastic.
The idea of this jam was better than the actual taste. I mean, it was still good... but not great. And I had hoped it would be great.
This Asian slaw, on the other hand, was fucking GREAT. I used it to make some bourbon chicken tacos... but then I just ate the rest of it by itself.
And some chorizo salami with which I made a tortilla-crust pizza.
And that is a wrap on my Colorado road trip. Unless you want to read about the Jack in the Box that I ate in Albuquerque on my way home.
