It looked cool, so I sat down, ordered an iced tea, and planned my meal - sausage, potato salad, and cole slaw.
When the waitress returned with my iced tea, she said "We don't have pulled pork and we won't have sausage or ribs until after one."
"What DO you have?" I asked.
"Brisket."
I did not want brisket, so I left.
