I bought this partly because it looked good, partly so I could send a photo of it to my friend Taylor, and partly because it made me laugh that a Peruvian sauce would have the name Taylor, which is right up there with Molly as one of the whitest names I can imagine.
Fortunately, the sauce is delicious, especially when tossed with Trader Joe's gluten-free chicken nuggets.
And even better with Del Taco's grilled chicken tacos.
